麻辣烫
麻辣烫 is one of the cheapest food you can enjyo in Beijing.
But that does not mean it tasets bad, although it is a bit spicy.
You just pay 0.5RMB per stick to enjoy stick-type meal including meat, vegetable or something like that. It is OK for you to dig in there. Or taking out is available. That depends on you.

客人 ； 在这儿。 *
* If you are willing to take out, just saying "带走。" would be enough.
(You are free to take any of them as you like.
If you find a kind of stick you are not familiar with , you can ask clerk like this.)
客人 ；这是什么东西呀？
服务员；猪肉。
(If you are not sure that the stick in front of you is already boiled or not, you can ask him.)
客人 ； 这个熟了吗？
服务员； 还没呢。
(You can request the specific type of stick you would like to have.)
客人 ；白菜有吗？
服务员；你要只个？
客人 ；两个。
(And now you are fully satisfied with your meal, and are going to pay in chash.
I believe credit-card is not acceptable at this kind of stand. )
客人 ；来！
服务员；几个？
客人 ；十一个吧。
服务员；五块五。
(You are paying by handing clerk 10RMB)
服务员；五毛有吗？
客人 ；没有。
(You have received the change, 4.5RMB.)
